Yoga & Gentle Movement

God gave us a body. Our bodies are amazing. They can move in multiple ways.

Come explore how to regain and retain flexible movement in your body.

You will be guided through gentle movement practices, then move into accessible hatha yoga postures, and conclude with relaxation. Leave rejuvenated and refreshed.

No experience in yoga is required. It is your choice to use a chair or go down onto the floor.

Classes are held upstairs (former council room) and a variety of props like chairs, walls, poles and stools are used.

Our instructor is Barbara Ritter, a certified Yoga Instructor and a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

2025 Winter to Spring Classes

Day: Monday mornings
Time: 10 AM to 11:15 AM

Winter Session: January 6 to February 24 (no class Feb 10; Feb 17 moved to Wed Feb 19)
Spring #1 Session: March 3 to April 14
Spring #2 Session: April 28 to June 9 (May 19 class moved to Wed May 21)

Costs:
Package per Session (7 classes): $67.50
5 Class Punch Pass: $55.00 (good for one year from date of purchase)
Drop-in: $15.00

What to Bring:
Yoga mat, water bottle, tightly woven blanket
